Our flat fee covers everything: hauling, dump fees, basic cleaning (sweeping, wiping down surfaces), and organizing the items you want to keep. No hidden charges, no surprises.
2. How much does a garage cleanout cost?
We keep it simple — one flat fee every time. Typically, a single-car garage is $500, a two-car garage is $600, and larger/more packed spaces may be around $700. You’ll always know your price upfront.
3. How long does a cleanout take?
Most garages take between 2–4 hours depending on size and amount of clutter. Heavier jobs may take a little longer, but everything is still included in the flat fee.
4. Do you take everything away?
Yes! We haul away junk, old furniture, boxes, and unwanted items. Anything that can be donated or recycled will be separated whenever possible.
5. Will you organize what I want to keep?
Yes — that’s part of what makes us different. We don’t just haul things away; we also organize the items you keep so your garage feels functional and stress-free again.
6. Do I need to be home during the cleanout?
We recommend being home so you can let us know what stays and what goes. Once that’s clear, you can relax while we handle the rest.
